About us
Ark Foods is the trading name of Ark Global Foods, operating a fully integrated, industrial-scale IQF fruit, vegetable and fruit-concentrate facility in Ryki, in the heart of Poland's Lublin growing region. Alongside high-volume production, we offer a personalized, flexible service — building supply programs shaped around each customer's specification, packaging and delivery schedule, rather than a one-size-fits-all offering.
The Ryki site has been in continuous production since 1975 and holds active BRCGS Grade A, HACCP and Kosher certification. With over 30,000 pallet spaces of on-site cold storage, we hold significant buffer stock and can respond quickly to customer demand. Ark Global Foods has operated the facility since 2026, building long-term partnerships with wholesalers, retailers, traders and global brands worldwide.
